Apartment house - Małe Garbary street no. 7
Avery interesting four-axle late-renaissance apartment house from XVII century of medieval origin. After general renovation, it was discovered that the facade of the house used to be black, so the original colour was restored. It is a rarity to find that also the facade is rusticated from the bottom to the top. Green window frames and bright band-type gable ornaments standing out from the black background underline the grandeur of the house. After conservation and rebuilding of the interior, a stylish "Ebony" hotel with a restaurant and a café was set up in the house.
Apartment house - Małe Garbary street no. 9
In no. 9 stands a building which, after general reconstruction and conservation, was adapted to the needs of "Warta" Ltd. Insurance Company. Roof windows were placed in the back of the house to enable the viewing of a part of the building's structure with a XIX century chimney left from a ginger-bread factory of Gustaw Weese.
Apartment house - Wielkie Garbary street no. 7
It is a complex of three apartment houses of gothic origin, particularly the house in the centre. In the course of centuries, the houses have undergone multiple reconstructions to be adapted for hospital needs in XVII century. They housed a Municipal Hospital also called the st. Peter and Paul Hospital. Today, it is the seat of a bank.
